Rules and Guidelines
1. All images submitted as contest entries or club submissions must relate to the shows Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, or any of their actors.
2. Any form of artwork is welcome. We discourage the submission of “photomanipulations” that infringe upon copyright laws, but if you desire to submit such an image, please provide the Admin with the names/companies of the proper copyright owners, and the location where the image was found. Art theft is a serious concern on the internet, and credit should always be given to those who deserve it.
3. No images containing adult content will be permissible as submissions to the club account, or as contest entries. This club is open to deviants of all ages, and we must take this into consideration.
4. Any artwork submitted to the club will be tagged with a link back to the original artist’s page. We would ask that if you wish to favourite a piece of art, you do so at that person’s account, and not here.
5. Please, we would ask that members of the club treat ~buffyverse as a community. That means no swearing, and no unnecessarily harsh criticism of others’ work. This also means no spamming, or excessive, irrelevant posts. Also, we encourage compliments! If you like a piece of art, or are intrigued by what another person has said, tell them so!
6. If any member does not comply with these rules, he/she will be removed from the list of members, and depending on the severity of his/her violation, may be reported.

Opportunities to be Involved

1. CONTESTS: The club will hold regular contests with different themes and focuses.
- All forms of art will be eligible for all contests.
- All submissions to a contest will be posted on the club page for the contest’s duration.
- After all entries are received, members will vote on a winner.
- Members will vote by ing the piece which they want to win. Once the contest is over, losing entries will be removed, and members may "unfavourite" the winning piece if they so desire.
- Winning entries of a contest will receive a permanent place in our club gallery, and the winners of each contest will be featured in our club’s journal until the next winner is announced.
- Depending on the contest, and the # of entries, another prize may be awarded to the winner

2. SUBMISSIONS: Members of the club may submit pieces of artwork for the ~ buffyverse gallery.
- All artwork must be original, created by the club member (not someone else's) and must not infringe upon copyright laws.
- Submit a piece of art by sending a note to ~buffyverse with the link and a description you would like to have accompany your work once it has been posted
- All artwork will be posted as YOUR work, and will have a link back to the original artwork, where members are expected to give "favourites" (not in the club gallery)

3. SUGGESTIONS: The Administration is open to any suggestions that you may have.
- Do you have an idea for an upcoming contest?
- Do you have any suggestions/modifications you think should be made to our guidelines?
- Do you have/know of a good Buffy/Angel site you wish to add to our list of club links?
- Do you operate a club that would like to become an affiliate?

3. COMMENTS:
- Please express yourself through commenting at the page, it’s what makes us a community of artists (COMMUNICATING!)
- Positive compliments and criticisms on club deviations are accepted and appreciated. Don’t be afraid to give the artist tips to help them improve their art, negative comments are sometimes the best kind, as they help people become better artists. Just don’t be too harsh!
- If you love/hate/wanttoknowmore about something posted in the journal (ie: quotes, links, info, etc) don’t hesitate to post!
- Respond to others’ comments, create conversation, make friends, and have fun!

Joining
- send a NOTE to the club expressing your interest in joining
- include “join” or “Joining” in the title of the note
- add the club to your DevWatch so that you can check for updates, contests, etc.
